Bulgarian HVAC Association in NOVA News

The proposal by the Bulgarian Association of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (BAOVK) to change the existing ordinance on packaging and packaging waste was discussed on a TV show called „Social Network“ on NOVA News.

The proposal includes the addition of the ability to mark packaging with QR codes, instead of the current method of printing individual symbols for the content of the package.

This change has been adopted by the European Parliament and has already been implemented in Italy. The BAOVK representative stated that this is a more environmentally friendly and reasonable option, as it will reduce the amount of paper waste generated.
