Yesterday after the National Assembly adopted legally the possibility of installing photovoltaic systems with up to 20 kilowatts of power on roofs and without an investment project, many people are expected to focus their attention and investments in such facilities.
Among the voted reliefs is the installation on single-family and villa buildings to be done only through a notification regime to the chief architect of the municipality and to the electricity distribution company after the installation becomes operational and is connected to the electricity transmission system.
„This is not the final relief, but hopefully these decisions come into force as soon as possible. Under the previous conditions, many of the willing citizens would not be able to apply. After the adopted changes, practical users who want to participate in the program do not need to perform all the steps to remove multiple documents, the process will be accelerated by at least one to two months“, commented for Radio Sofia Veselin Todorov, founder of Solar Academy Bulgaria.
